Mediterranean Diet Month

May is National Mediterranean Diet Month! This diet was found to reduce the risk of heart disease, like stroke and heart attacks, by 30% and is much more effective than a low-fat diet in improving heart health for people at risk of cardiovascular disease. Help us celebrate by incorporating lots of fruits, veggies, fish and a moderate amount of olive oil into the food you eat every day.
