Simple, easy way to cool off for the summer.
Healthy Smoothie
- 1 ripe banana, peeled
- 1 C. plain yogurt
- 1/2 C. frozen blueberries
- 1 C. frozen mango chunks
- 1/3 C. soft tofu
- 2 Tbs. flax oil
- 1 Tbs. honey
- 1/2 C. rice milk
Put ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
